The sun is setting
with minutes before darkness...
I've committed myself to the "Couch to 5K" training with the intent to run another 5k race. Based upon the "training" schedule, I am to run/walk 3 times a week, working up to running what would translate into the time required to run the whole 3.1 miles. Although previously deciding to give myself the night off, I changed my mind, and as the sun set and light became scarce, I ran/walked along my familiar course. Alert, with keys properly placed in hand to impose hurt if necessary I conserved enough energy to break into a sprint when I heard a bunny rabbit run into the weeds.
